Hypervisor maintenance mode

Actions to move the hypervisor into maintenance mode are only available to user with rights of administrator!

To move the hypervisor into maintenance mode, you need to do the following:

1. Log in to the AccentOS control panel.
2. Disable the service of the hypervisor that needs to be move into maintenance mode, to do this, go to the tab «Admin» - «Computing Resources» - «Hypervisors» - «Compute Host» and perform the “Disable Service” action for the selected host.
3. Try to launch instance on this hypervisor on the tab «Project» - «Computing Resources» - «Instances». Make sure that new instances cannot be started on this host.
4. Perform action “Live migration” on the selected target instance and make sure that live migration is possible.
5. Enable the service of the selected hypervisor, for this you need to go to the tab «Admin» - «Computing Resources» - «Hypervisors» - «Compute Host» and perform the “Enable Service” action for the selected host.
6. Make sure that new instances can be started on this host.
