Functionality

Following Nova Scheduler filters are available:

1. SpecifiedTenantIsolation:

   It restricts the launch of instances of certain projects with host aggregates, in the metadata of which the filter_tenant_ID filter is specified, equal to comma-separated specified project IDs.
