How to fix the problem of assigning multiple IP addresses when creating instance?

During the creation of instance, a situation may arise when the created instance is assigned several IP addresses. This situation may arise due to problems of creating instance on compute node. The error in allocating multiple IP addresses is fixed by a patch described on the official Openstack website.
